For the second session of the 2017 StarChefs ICC, Chef Michael MacDonald of @tempodulumaine made chili-smoked, pickled mussels in a macerated tomato broth, and Drink Designer Alexa Doyer of The Danforth served “Espíritu de Pisco,” a pisco sour variation with papaya juice and a cinnamon simple syrup.
