Today was the first session of the 2017 StarChefs ICC. Chefs Fernanda and Jakob White of @comedornewton made crispy Patagonian Mussels with chorizo pebre and white cheddar mouse, while Gregg of @myrtleandgold served a Pisco Sour with apple simple syrup and powdered maqui.
